American Funds

I'm testing the software and have hit my first glitch. I cannot download transactions from American Funds. I've set up the parameters, including User ID, password and account number.

I've spoken to the help desk at American Funds and they said they do not support Fund Manager, but they gave me the "typical" setup options (Quicken, MS Money, etc.) to use.

Using these options, I get the error "invalid logon" when trying to download transactions. I can log on to the American Funds site using the same User ID, password and Account Number. (Actually, AF asks only for Account Number and Password).

Any help is appreciated.
