Cost basis for Investment which returns Capital and Distributions reinvested

Hi,

Certain investments like Listed Property Trust in Australia (REIT in US) return Capital at various stages.

If the distributions (which has a Capital returned component) are re-invested it becomes complicated to calculate the cost basis for the various parcels of units.

Does FundManager handle the above? That is come tax time, will it calculate the Capital Gains depending on the parcel of units I intend to sell?
