Hi Clement,

I'm guessing you went there when their server was being made publicly available... I just went there now, and it is currently publicly available, so it doesn't say anything about their new policy. If you go to their homepage when their server access is being restricted to subscribers only, you will see the message. At these times their home page is nearly empty, except for a message about their site being limited to only subscribers.
