I think you're correct, www.fundata.net uses fund names, not symbols. I can't speak to any advantages that this site has over the others. I was very happy with Canada Stockwatch until last week, so now I'm looking at the alternatives. The Advise for Investors site always gave me incorrect price dates but I see that there is a way around this problem. I'll check that out.
