Yes I do check off the box "Apply to all investments with matching symbols" because in 4 cases I have the same fund in my name and again in my wife's name for retirement.

: : When I go back to check investments I had already changed, the data for risk and goal is not where I put them (I do apply and ok settings when I change them) In fact, what I see is a mirror of whatever the last investment was I changed. Then when I call up the graph in pie chart form for investments it only shows 1 category for the portfolio.

: Hmm, something strange is happening... Are you using the "Apply To All Investments With Matching Symbol" option when you set these? I assume not all of your investments have the same symbol? If you have this option OFF, the changes should only apply to that one specific investment you're editing, not all of them in your portfolio.
