Portfolio Valuation and auto calc broker commission

I just downloaded the software (I am using on Singapore Exchange)
I got 2 questions :

1. Valuation Value (P&L)- Can the valuation value on the stock on the last price in include the expected commision fee? If not, it does not really calculate the net P&L.

2. Is the system able to take auto calc buy/sell commission with custom programme to suit the singapore exchange?
