Hi Stijn,

What Fund Manager and quote module version are you using? See "Help / About...". Is the request taking a long time (longer than 30 seconds)? What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed? Can you give me a sample ticker symbol you're retrieving from MSN Historical that gives you this error?
