Well, first on this reply I would like to commend you on a nicely written program. It is simple enough for a beginner like me to start off with, but contains enough features to explore and use to analyze how my mutual funds are progressing and an insight on their value.

As to my questions on "Interest Income", could this "Interest Income" item in the qif file just be informational? Instead of being somehow applied as an addition to my Share Amount or Dollar Amount could it just be informing me of a gain in value?
This might make sense to me.
