: When I select 'Earliest to date' (or any of the 'to date' selections) as the date range, whenever an investment updates, the current date is displayed, as I would expect (i.e. works fine). However, I have a currency exchange 'investment', set up as per the FM instructions, to track the Canadian and US dollar and keep my US investments displayed in Canadian dollars. It all works fine, except that every time I go back and look at the USD->CAD 'investment', the Date range has changed from 'Earliest to date' to 'Custom' with the end date being the last time I changed it to 'Earliest to date'. In other words I have to keep going in and changing the Date Range in order to see the latest data. Not a serious problem, but I'm just wondering if I did something in setting it up that is causing this, since it behaves differently than all my other investments.

Hi Bill,

Maybe your portfolio has this date range memorized differently. Date ranges for investments are memorized on a per-graph window basis. If you have a certain graph window saved in your portfolio it may have another date range memorized. To update it, after you set the date range the way you want, use "File / Save Portfolio".

Thanks,
Mark
