Bloomberg quote retrieval error

Hi,

I have been tracking prices from Bloomberg for the following two investments - MRCGLDA:LN and MRCGLDI:LN. I have been doing this for several months now, but since the past week the quote retrieval is not working. It comes back after a few seconds with the message "Could not update any investments".

I am able to look up these codes on the Bloomberg website through a browser all right.
