: : Mark: In wondering whether the lack of an update from FM8.4 was causing the problem I'm having, I decided that I would install FM8.5 which I downloaded and installed without any problem. However; the problem of being unable to update prices when Yahoo is the default price update server remains. All securities were checked and found to be set to Default Server. I have not as yet checked whether changing the Default Server to some other source will help.

: You mentioned nothing would update for June 2nd. This is a Saturday, so there will be no quote on a Saturday, as the markets are closed. Is this the problem? If not, please send me a specific symbol/server combination that is not updating.

Exactly --- Although I'm retired, I've been doing some contract consulting and forgot that we'd been working seven days per plus the Memorial Day offset. I sppologise for the bother. At least I did make the update to 8.5!!!
