retreiving data -NTFS system

my pc had crashed, bought a new pc w/XPpro. It came with NTFS file system. I installed fundmanager v7.8, updated the DLL files under admin control acct. Then I used a limited acct to use fundmgr. when I tried to retreive prices from yahoo/msn etc, it gives the following message:

Could not create output log file ‘c:\Program Files\Fund Manager\intlog.txt’, check directory specifications in registry key: ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Fund Manager\CurrentVersion\directory location’

is this problem due to using the limited acct instead of the admin acct in the NTFS file system. previously, my pc had FAT32 file system with XPpro. please suggest a solution. thanks.
