: : : Mark,

: : : When FM started up after shutdown it came up with a message that said something like files need to be converted to a newer format. Unfortunately I cliked yes on one of the portfolios (its the one I can't view now). The others I clicked no and they work fine. How do you locate the .mm that discribes the portfolio? The one I lost is the one I use the most!

: : Hi Bill,

: : It looks like you are licensed for the 8.x versions, so you should be able to open/save all versions of a portfolio file (*.mm4). If you're not sure where you are saving your portfolio files, you can search your hard drive for *.mm4. Use "File / Open Portfolio..." to open any .mm4 portfolio file. If you've recently opened it, it will also be listed at the bottom of the File menu.

: : Thanks,
: : Mark

: Hi Mark,

: When I click on open portfolio the correct.mm4 is there, but when I double click to open it there is nothing and says "Master Portfolio" with nothing there!!!! I can try windows explorer and get a copy of the .mm4 and paste it I guess.

Hi Mark,

I was able to paste the proper .mm4 file and it worked, so, I'm back in business!

Thanks, Bill
