: I am trying to figure out a way to run the Portfolio Value report that combines several portfolios. I have 4 related brokerage accounts that have stocks and bonds. I would like to see a single report that summarizes my portfolios. For example, I own 150, 200, 300 shares of IBM respectively in Portfolios A, B and C. I would like to see a Portfolio Value report that has a single line item for "IBM - 650 shares, price = xx, value = yy, % of total = zz" and is the sum of the 4 portfolios. I tried to create sub-portfolios and then I tried to create a new sub-portfolio called "consolidated" and copies all investments from the 4 portfolios.

Hi James,

Try this:

- Create report at a sub-portfolio level that contains all 4 of these sub-portfolios

- Turn OFF sub-totals

- List by "Symbol"

This will consolidate all investments anywhere within this sub-portfolio with the same symbol onto a single line.

Thanks,
Mark
