Hi sj,

I don't know the specifics for BofA, but contacting them as you've done is what I would have suggested. You've probably seen this tip in my other posts, but BofA probably will not have heard of FM, so just get instructions for MS Money, and then use the same information in FM. FM retrieves transactions just the same as Money.
