New investment shares not showlng on report

I just entered a new investment on fund manaager. The name and share price show up on the prtfolio value report, but the shares and value are zero. When I edit the account the correct amounts are there. What could be wrong? I just started using the new version after years of using an older one and am having a hard time using the new one.
