: : There is a concept of an "investment stack" in Fund Manager. Your investments can be sorted/ordered in any way you want. See the "Investments" menu. For example, "Investments / Order..." allows you to manually manipulate the investment stack order. Most reports (including the Portfolio Value report) are sorted by this investment stack order by default. While looking at a Portfolio Value report, notice the "Sort" main menu. By default, the "Investment Stack" option will be checked, but you can sort the report by any column, just by clicking the appropriate item from this sort menu. Use "Sort / Inverse Sort" to toggle ascending/descending sorting.

: Lost on this one .... I cannot find the "Investments" menu.
: Nothing about it in help .... Where is it?

: thanks

Hi sj,

If you are looking at a report or graph window, you will see a top level "Investments" menu. Maybe you were in the Portfolio Editor, and the Investments menu is not listed in this case. The online help for the graphs and report menu commands are available here:

http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/help/ui_graphmenu.html
http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/help/ui_rptmenu.html

and you can read about the investment stack concept here:

Thanks,
Mark
