: The Portfolio Value report lists all securities that ever have been in the portfolio. Is there any way to eliminate the ones with zero value? Thanks.

Hi John,

Yes, by "hiding" them. You can hide any investments you want. There is a special command to help you hide investments that own 0 shares over any date range you choose. See "File / File Operations / Hide Sold Investments...". You can also set this investment property under "Investment Properties... / Other / Hidden". To control whether or not hidden investments (and sub-portfolios) are displayed, use "View / Hidden Investments/Portfolios".

Thanks,
Mark
