If you are using any firewall software, like Norton, McAfee, ZoneAlarm, etc, please make sure they are giving Fund Manager permission to connect to the internet. One reason this can start happening, even after you've been using Fund Manager successfully, is when you install a new version of Fund Manager. Many of these firewall programs detect that the executable has been updated, and stop allowing access, until you specifically tell it that it is okay again. Thanks,
