Hi Anil,

I'm not sure then... What server are you using exactly, Yahoo or Yahoo (Historical)? I just tested both of these from here, and they were both normal speed, at least for my test case.

Are all of the quote servers slow, or just Yahoo? Are you sure you're not overriding the quote server under "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve" for some of your investments?

The 12029 error is usually seen when there are firewall issues, but since you are connecting, it doesn't seem like a firewall problem.

You can also try turning off this option:

Options / Internet Settings... / Proxy / Use Windows Settings

to see if that makes a difference.
