Hi jam,

Have you checked that the symbols you have recorded in these 2 investments are available on whatever quote server you're using? The recorded symbol for any investment can be edited/viewed under "Investment Properties... / General". The symbol is used when requesting prices, and must be available on the quote server you're using. You can find links to all the quote servers here:

Also, to verify if a price has been updated, use the Data Register, and select "Prices" for the data type.
