Hi Lawrence,

The dividend yield calculated in Fund Manager is based off share prices, and dividends per share, so a value for the whole portfolio is not available. Share priced figures, like closing price, are not displayed for portfolios.

To get an idea of how much your whole portfolio paid in dividends you could add the "Total Distributions (between)" field to your custom report.
