On Ameriprise it first says," American Express is unable to fulfill your request at this time. Please try again later.". Once I click OK on this Fundmanager gives the notice," Failed to retrieve portfolio, followed by correct account number and user ID.
On Scottrade it seems to give the download the distributions but not the fact that they were reinvested. It just shows the distribution.

: If Scottrade sends down distribution data, Fund Manager will retrieve it. I know that when Scottrade first came out with their OFX server, they weren't providing distribution data, but I thought they had added this capability quite some time ago. Are you sure you have distribution data within the time period you're retrieving? If so, and you don't see it being imported in Fund Manager, please check in your "xmldump.txt" log file to see if it really came down or not. For more on using these log files, see the bottom of this page:

: What happens exactly when you try to retrieve from Ameriprise? Do you get some error message, or just no transactions?
