As always, you're right on top of things. Yes, I'm running an older version (not to mention an ancient OS)... I did download the 344 inteng4x.dll, but I'm pretty sure that was what I had anyway. Still no luck from the Yahoo quote server.

Further note (to JSHawaii, also): Before doing that, without making any other changes, I WAS able to update yesterday's prices this morning using Yahoo Historical server. It kinda looks like the regular Yahoo server (and maybe some others) moved over the weekend... Having been in Telecom Design and System Verification Test for 25 years, I know holiday weekends are a good time for people to make changes.

P.S. Guess I'll have to get off my cheap you-know-what and update here shortly...I hate to mess with things that work so well, though :-)
