Hi Steve,

Every investment is saved as its own (*.dat) file. You can just send this file. Right mouse click on the investment, and use "Properties... / Statistics" to see the location and filename of that investment. The investment file doesn't have information about the account holder, it just contains prices/transactions/properties for that investment. You would just send the 1 .dat file.
