export custom repot to excel

Mark,
I have created a couple nice custom reports ;)
How do I export the REPORT (not source data) to excel?
I'd like to create a couple simple pivot tables that may better categorize / granulate investments (cap size, industry, sub-industry, multiple asset types for each investment, risk, market trend, etc).
