Trouble with graphing and reporting % gains

Hello all,

I am new to fund manager (and relatively new to investing), and am having trouble accomplishing two tasks:

First, I would like my portfolio performance report to include a column that simply shows my percentage gain for the date range specified. However, when I choose the portfolio performance report, the "%Gain-I" column shows a number different than my actual gain.

For instance, one small portfolio I have had an initial cash investment of $530. It now stands at $570, so I should show a 7.5% gain. Instead, FundManager shows 2.7%. Is there a feature or option I'm missing, or is my assumption on this math wrong?

Second, I would like to graph my portfolio performance with my % gain/loss as the vertical access, but can't find an option for this.
