Hi Jeani,

If an investment is listed twice, then you must have it included in your sub-portfolio twice. You can verify by using the Portfolio Editor. Select the sub-portfolio in question on the left hand side, and then its contents will be displayed on the right. If you see an investment listed more than once, close the duplicates.
