Hi Lew,

Yes, what you've described is the default behavior. When you use "Edit / Internet Retrieve / Prices" or click the price retrieve button on the toolbar, all investments from all open sub-portfolios will be retrieved/updated.

If you want to only update select investments, right mouse click on them, and choose "Retrieve Selected Investments" instead.
