Portfolio vs sub portfolios

I am new to Fund manager. I have a master portfolio divided into 2 sub-portfolios - taxable and non-taxable.

When I go to portfolio reports, I get one table mixing the two sub-portfolios.

How do I keep the 2 sub-portfolios separate so that the report would show all the stocks in each subportfolio as:

Master Portfolio
Taxable:
A
B
C
D
_______________________________
Non-Taxable
E
F
G
H
_______________________

Total = xxxxxx
