Hi Tim,

You don't need to delete your existing portfolio data. You can just create a new/empty sub-portfolio, and then retrieve that sub-portfolio. Look at the getting started tutorial under the section of "Retrieving Historical Transactions":

If you still don't see any transactions retrieved, take a look in the log files. It might provide a clue. For info on finding and looking at the log files, read the bottom of this page:

If you need help looking at them, you can email the log files as an attachment to me.
