OOP Current Basis problem

I have a problem I can't figure out:

I have a stock that has the following transactions:

Purchase 1000 shares on 3/15/04 for $136,978
Split 3 for 1 on 6/9/05
Sale of 1900 shares on 1/11/06 for $117,978 (proceeds)

Balance now of 1100 shares

The portfolio manager displays "OOP Current Basis" = $0.00

Why?

Also, if I try to look at a Capital Gains report to see what is happening, I do not see any sale transactions at all. (This is a non-taxable IRA account ... does that prevent transactions from appearing on the Capital Gains report?)
