Missed transactions in report

Hi I have found that the transaction report does not pick up all transactions for a shareholding within the period defined for report

Hopefully the attached screenshot will explain

For the life of me, I cannot see how the two dividend payment during the period differ from thier properties, yet only one shows on the report

Any assistance most welcome
