Hi George,

Fund Manager really doesn't have support for this type of situation. One idea for how to handle it though would be to record the initial purchase at $1, and also deposit $0.50 cents into your cash account. When the second installment is made, withdraw the $0.50 cents from your cash account. This way, it looks like an interest free loan to your cash account, which sounds like essentially what has happened.
