TD Waterhouse in Canada

I am trying to receive transactions from my TD Waterhouse Account and I am getting an invalid logon error message.

I have searched this message board and found several discussions about the steps involved to get it to work. One of them involved contacting TD Waterhouse and having them enable it. When I called TD Waterhosue they told me that they haven't heard of Fund Manager and don't support it and further that there is no way to download transactions.

I'm in Canada using the Canadian TD Waterhouse site. Does only the US TD Waterhouse site support Fund Manager?
