: I'm terribly sorry for asking this stupid question, but how do I completely erase an entire portfolio (I attempted to search for this topic in the help section but could find no instructions)?

: Thank you for any response.

Hi DBohica,

To delete a "subportfolio" use the "Portfolio Editor". You can view the portfolio editor with "View / Portfolio Editor". Select the subportfolio you want to delete, and select "Edit / Close".

If you're asking about deleting an entire portfolio file you would do this with Windows Explorer, or however you want to delete a file. Fund Manager stores portfolio files with the extension of .mm4. Your portfolio file stores all your subportfolio definitions, which investments are in each subportfolio, and various preferences.

Thanks,
Mark
