If the CUSIP is recorded AND your broker reports the income transactions when you retrieve transactions, then they will be updated in Fund Manager. It may be that the interest is reported in a different account, and then transferred into the money market? Maybe the interest isn't being made available, I'm not sure. If you look online, do you see the interest through their web interface? When you do a retrieve you can also try turning on the "Investment Banking Transactions" option to see if that makes a difference. To debug it even further you could look at the raw data returned from the OFX server after a transaction retrieve.
