1)When I attempt to open each of 2 portfolios created through the File/Open Portfolio option, I'm informed the file can't be found and a blank screen remains.

2)Subsequently, when I attempt to start from scratch and create a new portfolio through the New Portfolio Wizard, the newly created portfolio never appears despite being lead step-wise through the building of the portfolio by the Wizard.
