Hi Willis,

This is usually due to a software firewall blocking Fund Manager from accessing the internet. If you are using any firewall software please make sure that you've given Fund Manager permission to access the internet. Often these programs will detect that the executable has changed (since you upgraded) and it will turn off permissions until you grant them again.
