: : I'm having trouble with price downloads on identical holdings in two different portfolios. I recently purchased a holding for a portfolio which is the same as a holding I have in another porfolio. Both of these portfolios are sub-portfolios of the Master Portfolio.

: : When I download prices; the price of the original holding in its sub-porfolio downloads O.K. but the prices don't download into the second sub-portfolio holding.

: : I've checked the properties of each and they both have the same symbol. However I don't have the security names identically the same on both. Another difference--the Acct # & CUSIP is not listed on the original while it is listed on the second or new security.

: : Can you help?

: Hi Willis,

: For price updates the name, account # and CUSIP do not matter. I would double check the recorded symbol, and make sure you don't have any spaces before or after. Also, check under "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve" to make sure "Retrieve Price" is turned on.

: Thanks,

: Mark

Hi Mark--

I didn't have "Retrieve Price" turned on for the second security in its sub-portfolio. Thanks again for your help.
