Hello H Miller,

It sounds like maybe you aren't able to see the "Graphs" window for some reason? It may be minimized or off the screen, or behind some other window... Try this:

1) "Window / Close All Reports" if available
2) "Window / Tile Down" to tile any remaining windows, so you can see them
