Combining PFs

Hello

I'm having a problem combining PF. When I verify a PF value to the current online value it's correct. But when I combine the PFs I'm almost always +/- on the balance. I check to make sure stocks/MFs are not duplicated and still the account balance is usually dramatically off. Can you point out somethings I may be doing incorrectly? Thanks
