: Hi
: I want to import distribution data into fundmanager(7.3), but i have "distribution per share" (dist/s) in my database. how can i do that? In import transaction in TRAN column i have Dist_D (which is ANUM) . but as ive read the help this "ANUM" is the value of whole dividend which i dont have. i have only DEPS which is distribution per share. how can i define ANUM as dist/share?
: regards

Hi Farhad,

You cannot define the ANUM field as dist/share. You will need to convert these to distribution values instead of distribution per share numbers. You can multiply the number of shares you owned on the date of the distribution times the distribution per share to get the actual distribution value.

When manually entering or importing distribution transactions Fund Manager takes the actual distribution value, and not the distribution per share.

Thanks,
Mark
