Generic transaction import

I have just imported a bunch of transactions including buys and sells. In the data register for each stock, the sells are shown correctly as sells, but in the portfolio editor view, they are all shown as buys, likewise in the investment transactions report. They were all shown correctly in the import review screen as well. Can you help please?
