Now I want to report the asset allocation for all of them, combined. Is there a way to combine all the portfolios in a new portfolio as sub portfolios? : : : Or is there a way to report across all portfolios for asset allocation investment goal purposes? : : : When I try to search the board I get the WWW even though the fundmanagersoftware.com button is selected. : : : : Yes, you would want to use "sub-portfolios". You would have everything in just a single portfolio file (*.mm4), and organize your accounts into sub-portfolios. Sub-portfolios can be hierarchical, and as deep as you need. You can graph or report on any level in this hierarchy, and when you graph/report at a particular level it includes everything beneath that level, all the way down. : : I would suggest reading through this portfolio editor tutorial, it should give you an idea of how to accomplish this: : : http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/tutor_ports.html : : I just tested the search, and it seemed to work okay, only searching this site. If you can reproduce this, can you give me the URL of the page you searched from, and maybe the search keywords? : : Thanks, I found the tutorial but didn't get back here quick enough to let you know. I quickly tried changing the name of the highest level but it did not seem to take. I was in a rush and will settle down and closely follow the instructions and will let you know how I do. I will also try to create the search and let you know that too. Thanks
