: : : Mark,

: : : Is there a way to set a graph to show just specific dates rather than a range? Specifically, I'd like a stacked graph of values by asset allocation, investment goal and/or invstment type as of year end say for each of the last 5 or 10 years? If not doable, any way you could include something like that in your next release.

: : : I've tried to do in excel, but the process of dumping a report then creating all the variouse reporting totals I want (either via pivot tables or on my own) is tedious.

: : Also, it would be a big help if there was a way to display the total actually on the chart itself, like can be done in excel.

: Hi Bob,

: Thanks for the feedback. There is no graph like you've described. Most of the graph types plot data over a date range. There are the "Pie" graph types, that plot data as of a particular date. There are pie graphs that break down asset allocation, investment goal, investment type, symbol, or investment. Pie graphs are only for 1 date though, not multiple specific dates.

: All of the graphs do have a "legend" in the upper left corner that displays key data as of the ending date of the graph. It is possible yours is turned off, so check that "View / Legend" is enabled from within the Graphs window.

: Thanks,
: Mark

And to add some stacked bar chart technology as of a series of dates is not something you could forsee adding in a future release? I like the more discreet dates for clarity/ease of reading, plus things like my 401(k)'s, a few of them only provide quarterly updates, so anything inbetween is an interpolation, and not really all that meaningful anyway.

Thanks again.
