sub portfoilio descriptions

I have a master portfolio with sub-portfolios underneath. When the master porfolio is selected it shows the list of sub portfolios but it also shows as part of that list Investment Goals and Asset Types. Each portfolio is made up of different goals and types and I really don't need or want the descriptions to show at a portfolio level. Have I entered things incorrectly or is there a way to supress the information at the portfolio level?
