Beg value versus invested

Re the Portfolio Performance report.

I have one overall portfolio with five sub portfolios, on entering the data some portfolios have all the shares listed under "invested", however one portfolio has some shares listed as "Beg value"as well as other shares listed under "invested".

How can I change these so they are all listed under "invested". Have searched the message board and tried all sorts of areas of the program to work out how this is sorted.
