Multiple Cash Accounts

How do we handle individual cash accounts multiple brokers? For instance, I have the cash account for my brokerage account at Fidelity, and another for my brokerage account at folioFN. Do I just total the total cash dollars and set them into one cash account, or can I use separate cash accounts for each of the two sub-portfolios?
