No, Mark, that doesn't seem to be the problem. The Portfolio Editor has it's top line hidden under the Tool Bar, so I can't see the column headers. If I "hide" the tool bar, the Editor's top line is then hidden behind the "File Edit View etc." bar. No resizing or other manipulation fixes this. I can send you a screen shot if you'd like.
Also, the top of the portfolio hierarchy in the left panel (which I assume shows the "Master Portfolio" as the top line) also disappears behind the tool bar. My monitor is set at 1024 X 768; nothing else seems to have this problem.

: : This is weird. All of a sudden my display has changed. Now when I open FM it shows a two panel list; left panel shows a folder hierarchy of my three portfolios; right panel shows a list of stocks, their symbols, their location in my computer, and some numbers. Point one--I don't know how this display came about or was created. Point two- the top of the display is hidden under the tool bar, and I can't see the top of the file folder hierarchy in the left panel nor the headers for the lists in the right panel. Nothing I do seems to un-hide the top of this display.
: : How did I cause this to happen, and how do I get rid of it?
: : This is one of two problems that suddenly happened. I'll post a separate topic for the second one.

: Hi Joe,

: The window you describe is the "Portfolio Editor" window. It sounds like it needs to be re-sized to fit on your screen. One easy way to do this is with "Window / Cascade", or one of the "Tile" commands.

: It is hard for me to say what happened to get things showing up this way.

: Thanks,
: Mark
